    Security of Credit Card Payment Options
    The Pro Centre website uses both the latest secure server (SSL) technology and the latest secure shopping system which ensures that all relevant information regarding credit card details are safely encrypted and processed only by Pro Centre Ltd. For your added security, we are certified as compliant with Security Metrics PCI DSS.

    Unauthorised use of Credit Cards
    All suspicious orders will be investigated by any means available and if necessary, the information will be passed to the relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved. We reserve the right to double check all orders and restrict shipping as and when we choose.

    All items sold are subject to availability.
    All offers are subject to stock availability. We will of course notify you immediately if we have run out of any goods you have ordered. We do operate a ‘back-order’ system, and should a part be out of stock, we will advise you with an expected delivery date. Back-orders will automatically be despatched as soon as fresh stocks are available. Please advise us if this will not be satisfactory. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

    We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.

    Pro Centre Ltd guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought, please return them to us within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are delivered in new condition. Sorry, but we cannot refund the carriage costs.

    Manufacturers’ warranty terms apply to all new goods supplied by Pro Centre. Second-hand items have a six month guarantee

    Damaged Goods
    All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.

    Return Procedures of unwanted goods
    In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction please return the goods to the following address and e-mail us to tell us about your reasons for doing so. We are committed to providing you a first-class service.

    Sorry, but we cannot refund the carriage costs. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

    Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014. Please note that non-stock items that have been specially ordered for you can NOT be cancelled or returned.

    You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). Goods must returned to us in resaleable condition. Monies will be deducted from any refund should the goods have been used, or handled beyond what is considered acceptable to inspect them and decide on their suitability (i.e., what you would normally do when buying goods in a shop).

    Return Procedures of faulty goods
    In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please return the goods to the above address with a description of the faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase, we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.

    Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/cash/credit/debit card).

    Exchange of Goods
    We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please e-mail info@procentre.co.uk for more info. Sorry, we will not be able to refund your return postage costs for an exchange.

    Delivery Times
    It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed. Delivery usually takes about 2 working days in the UK, within 5 working days to mainland Europe and the USA and between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the country you reside. However, please allow 28 days for delivery. The cost of delivery also includes cost of packing. Please note that during special offer periods, dispatch of your order may be delayed slightly due to high a volume of orders.

    Application of VAT
    All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) unless otherwise stated. Orders sent to countries outside the UK will be VAT free. Please note on international shipments that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

    Discount Code Promotions
    Special offer discount codes cannot be used with any other.  The discount code must be redeemed before the date shown when your code is issued. Pro Centre Ltd reserve the right to cancel the discount code at any time. Pro Centre Ltd.’s decision is final.
